The people who work at Cradle to Career are the heart and soul of the work we do in our community. They do everything from making phone calls to see how families are doing to organizing events to lining up legislative calls and everything in between.

Allison Guevara

Allison is a Social Impact Consultant who works closely with C2C. She facilitates agency collaboration, strategic planning, and organizational development - mom of three.

Claudia Oblea

Claudia is a Community Organizer and supports families at Boulder Creek and San Lorenzo Valley Elementary Schools. She is passionate about art, social justice, and community building. She can help you find resources and leadership opportunities.

Cristal Medina

Cristal is a Community Organizer and supports families at Soquel Elementary. As a first generation student, she deeply cares about being able to be involved with the community and supporting those who need it. She can help you find resources and leadership opportunities.

izzy heart

Izzy is the Youth Community Organizer at Shoreline Middle School. She is deeply passionate about working with kids and creating lasting social change in the community. She can answer questions about Thrive Outside and youth engagement.

Julio Neri Andrade

Julio is the Director of C2C and works closely with the Community Organizer team, oversees program development, and internal operations. He can help you with questions about C2C programs and how you can get involved - father of one.

Leslie Goodfriend

Leslie is a consultant to C2C, supporting the development of our new school partnerships & Racial Equity program. She works closely with the Community Organizing team - mom of two.

Leticia Olivares

Leticia is a Community Organizer and is deeply passionate about interacting with the families and children in our community. She supports families at Gault Elementary School in Santa Cruz City Schools.

Nathalie Contreras

Nathalie is C2C’s Recreation Community Organizer and supports the implementation of activities across all school districts. She is passionate about connecting with and uplifting the community.

Stacey Kyle

Stacey is a consultant and serves as C2C’s Lead Grant Writer and data coordinator. She also founded the Live Oak Education Foundation - mom of two.

Marlen Reyes

Marlen is a Community Organizer at Live Oak Elementary and draws strength and resilience from her identities as a low-income, system impacted, 1st gen, bilingual Latina woman to uplift others. She can help you access resources and leadership opportunities.

Rosio Sanchez

Rosio is C2C’s Promotoras Lead Organizer and works with Promotoras to promote good health in the community. She deeply cares about equality for herself and all others to phase out disparities to help children and families in her community thrive.

Martha Ceja

Martha is a Community Organizer and supports families at Gault Elementary School in Santa Cruz City Schools. She is passionate about equality and diversity in the community and can help you navigate community resources.

Sage Catton

Sage is the Assistant Director of C2C and works closely with the team to support communications, project management, and internal operations. She can help with building partnerships with C2C, sharing information, and general questions.
